Are You Having Trouble Choosing A Web Site Platform?

Long, long ago, when the web was young, it was far easier to decide on how to build a web site. Open up notepad, or if you were a pro, a more coding-friendly raw text editor, and have at it. There were no 4th generation application development environments, no hosting providers with 8 separate site-builders on board, and the Content Management System (CMS) was still part of some distant and obscure future.
