Hottie Tournament Results Are In

Sunday 30 September 2007 @ 9:17 am

Who is hotter? Elisha Cuthbert or Kelly Monaco? They were both finalists in Stucknut Sports 3rd annual Hottie Tournament. You may be wondering why Jessica Alba isn’t in the mix. She won each of the last two tournaments and a vote was passed to retire her jersey number and put her in the Hall of Fame in order to make it fair.

The tournament started with 64 beauties in a bracket format much like NCAA basketball’s March Madness. The women were put into 4 separate divisions and ranked 1 to 16, in which the 1 battled the 16, 2 versus 15, etc. After weeks of voting by Stucknut members, it came down to Elisha Cuthbert, Scarlett Johansson, Vida Guerra, and Kelly Monaco. Cuthbert was matched against Johansson in one of the closest battles of the tournament. Cuthbert won by only 2 votes. As for Monaco versus Guerra, Monaco easily advanced.

So who won? Go find out for yourselves at Stucknut.com. By the way, did I mention that each tournament thread has pictures? Be on the lookout for next years tournament where hotties like Hayden Panettiere and Megan Fox make their first appearance.

Newbie spreads her wings

Tuesday 25 September 2007 @ 11:42 pm

Hello, my name is Pat and I’ve never “blogged” before. Everyday I learn something new in internet marketing and it’s very exciting. I have several websites set up already that don’t seem to be doing much, and I’m thinking of maybe setting up another that culls the companies I’m already involved with into a learning site for other newbies. Any advice or suggestions?

Types of Residual Income

Monday 24 September 2007 @ 7:12 am

Did you know that there are various types of residual
income? The most popular types of income are residual and
linear. However, the majority of us are most accustoming
with the use of linear income. Linear income includes income
from a salary received from and employer or as payment for a
product or service rendered. Linear income gives only
compensation for any particular service and that is all.
Residual income however is a bit different. Residual income
continually generates income long after providing services
or goods.

One of the big advantages of residual income is that it
keeps coming in, even after you’ve stopped paying attention
to it. Once the mechanism for acquiring residual income has
been set into motion, you’ll continue to make money while
being able to devote yourself to other projects.

There are a number of different types of residual income.
These are many possibilities when it comes to aquiring a
residual income.

You can have successful compensation for many years with
residual income ideas such as writing a book, writing music
and artwork as well as creating just about any type of
computer software and other types of residual income
projects. Although there are many individuals who may
experience complexity in generating these types of media,
nonetheless success will come in hardly any time at all,
especially when you create an unusually well received piece
of work while creating residual income.

Interest on savings and investments is also residual income.
If you know how to invest, you could collect a good deal of
interest over time.

Sales commissions, like those earned by insurance agents,
realtors, and other professionals, count as residual income.
Generally, these are commensurate with the amount of the
sale. Most commissions are a percentage of the sale total,
however, some correlate directly with the number of sales,
instead.

Many people create their own business. This can be a brick
and mortar business, a home business, or an online business.
The profits that you experience as a business owner can be
considered residual income. This is especially true if you
offer goods and/or services that require the consumer to
maintain a monthly, or yearly, subscription.

Some people have vast amounts of land and their numerous
natural resources readily available. Do you know that there
are certain types of businesses that will pay you residual
income for permitting them access to your lands natural
resources? Generally, you receive an initial payment and
then you may receive an income based on the consistency of
the sales of those particular natural resources. This is an
interesting method of creating a residual income.

If an individual engages in an affiliate program type company, they
may benefit from a residual income. Many of these companies
offer an assortment of goods and/or services in which one
may continue to make money on long after the initial sale.
Furthermore, commissions are generated by gaining referrals.
Many individuals enjoy the benefit of receiving a certain
percentage of the sales of the referrals as well.

By itself, one form of residual income probably won’t make
you rich. That’s why it’s important to keep finding new
ones, so the money will continue to trickle in. It’s
important not to view residual income as a primary source,
but rather more like icing on the cake. It’s an extra
quantity of money, practically for free, that you receive
each month, and it’s accessible to almost anyone.

Thermax Vacuum Parts - It Can’t Be That Hard To Find Parts

Friday 21 September 2007 @ 9:22 pm

There are literally thousands of folks all across the United States of America who own a Thermax vacuum who are now facing the prospect of not being able to get parts for their machine because of the fact that the distributor they bought the machine from cannot be found. In other words, their Thermax vacuum dealer has flown the coop!

Now, the distributor may very well have been a good guy and an honest person but simply had to shut his office down because of cash flow problems. Anybody that has ever run a business knows that cash is king and if you don’t have it you won’t make it in any kind of business in the long run. This is especially true in the Thermax vacuum business.

One thing that is generally true about people who own a Thermax vacuum is that they love it. The reason they rate it so highly is because it is a rugged machine. There’s nothing wimpy about it at all. It’s made out of high impact plastic, the same kind of plastic that a football helmet is made out of.

About the only place a Thermax vacuum owner can get parts for their machine today is through the internet. There are only a couple of places on the net to get parts from. Your best bet is to make sure that you get your Thermax vacuum parts from a factory authorized dealer. That way you can insure the highest quality service and compatibility.

How To Buy A House For Pennies On The Dollar!

Real estate investing usually begins with the purchase of a house, rather than raw land or commercial property. Real estate investing professionals look for all possible tax deductions because of the generous profits derived from real estate investing.

In addition to this consideration, tax deductions are allowed for expenses incurred in the normal operation of any real estate investing transaction. Asset protection has to be a concern of real estate investing, and the use of land trusts might be a consideration. My focus in this article is the use of
